Apple Rush Company Expands Brewery, Aims to Boost Production to 1 Million Cans Monthly

Apple Rush Company, Inc. has unveiled significant expansion of its Lena Brewery, positioning the functional botanical beverage manufacturer to dramatically increase production capabilities. The phase two expansion includes dedicated spaces for canning botanical beverages and beer, ensuring product quality through separation of fermentation processes.

The new facility features a 70-ton chiller, 200 barrel additional capacity for botanical beverages, and an inline carbonation system optimized for the company's production style. CEO Tony Torgerud highlighted the strategic investment, noting the company can now produce 30,000 cans daily with potential for a second shift in the second quarter.

By implementing a phased approach to expansion, Apple Rush aims to reach one million cans per month during a five-day work week. The company plans to focus on existing product lines while exploring additional opportunities within the botanical beverage category.

The expansion represents a critical strategic move for Apple Rush, enabling increased manufacturing efficiency and potential revenue growth.
