Local Mental Health Expert Expands Counseling Services, Highlights Inner Child Healing Workshop

Mental health professional Sara Schwartz is making significant strides in expanding counseling services across Michigan, with plans to grow her practice and raise public awareness about emotional healing. Schwartz's 3Cs Counseling Center is set to dramatically increase its professional capacity, with intentions to bring on 30 mental health clinicians by the end of 2025. The practice provides comprehensive services for clients ages 6 and older, including couples and families, with a particular emphasis on virtual sessions that overcome traditional barriers to mental health care.

The recent workshop, held on February 5, offered participants practical tools for emotional healing and trauma recovery. As part of her outreach efforts, Schwartz provided workshop attendees with special incentives, including discounted admission and complimentary copies of her books focusing on trauma and abuse recovery.
