Real estate firm WESTMAC Commercial Brokerage Company has completed the $2.5 million sale of a two-story commercial property located at 70 N Venice Boulevard in Venice, California. The property, situated just one block from both the boardwalk and the iconic Venice canals, represents a significant transaction in a prime Los Angeles neighborhood.

Brokers T.C. Macker, CCIM and Woody Cook represented the seller in the transaction, while Arthur Peter and Rafael Padilla of PAR Commercial Brokerage represented the buyer. This marks the first time the 2,232-square-foot building, positioned on 2,713 square feet of land, has been available for sale.
