Motel 6 Expands Las Vegas Footprint with Strategic 295-Room Property

Global hospitality company G6 Hospitality is preparing to open a new 295-room Motel 6 property just over a mile from the Las Vegas Strip, signaling strategic growth in one of the world's most popular tourist destinations. The exterior-corridor hotel, scheduled to open in May 2025, represents a significant investment in expanding the company's lodging portfolio.

The property, owned by S.R.E Enterprises LLC, comes at a time when Las Vegas tourism continues to demonstrate remarkable resilience. The Las Vegas Convention and Visitors Authority reported approximately 41.7 million visitors in 2024, with December alone attracting 3.4 million tourists. This robust visitor volume provides a promising backdrop for the new Motel 6 location.

The hotel will offer modern amenities including flat-screen TVs, Wi-Fi, free parking, and an outdoor pool. Notably, it will provide private access to the OYO Hotel and Casino, enhancing its appeal to both leisure and business travelers.

This expansion aligns with G6 Hospitality's broader strategic objectives. The company recently announced a $10 million marketing investment aimed at accelerating customer adoption and brand engagement. Additionally, following its acquisition by global travel tech company OYO, G6 Hospitality plans to add over 150 hotels in 2025 under the Motel 6 and Studio 6 brands.

The new Las Vegas property represents more than just a real estate expansion. It signals the company's commitment to strategic market positioning, leveraging technological partnerships like its recent collaboration with HotelKey to enhance operational capabilities across its network of properties in the United States and Canada.
