Golden Matrix Group subsidiary Meridianbet has secured a definitive federal license from Brazil's Ministry of Finance Secretariat of Prizes and Betting, authorizing nationwide online and retail fixed-odds betting operations until December 31, 2029.

The license (No. 0086/2024) enables Meridianbet to fully participate in Brazil's rapidly expanding gaming market, which H2 Gambling Capital projects will reach US$10 billion by 2029. This authorization positions the company as one of the few operators licensed for both online and physical betting in the country.
