RALLY Conference Launches First-Ever Vibe Coding Competition with $10,000 Prize

The third annual RALLY conference will introduce the world's first vibe coding competition, challenging developers to showcase their innovative capabilities using artificial intelligence. Twelve teams of up to three participants will compete throughout the night on September 24, with a $10,000 cash prize awaiting the winning team.

The competition reflects a growing trend in software development, where generative AI is increasingly used to create code. Recent data from Y Combinator suggests that a quarter of their startup cohort has generated approximately 95% of their codebases using AI technologies.

Christopher Day, CEO of Elevate Ventures and RALLY Visionary, emphasized the competition's purpose of inspiring creativity and innovation. Participants will begin the challenge at 12:00 p.m. EST, receiving their specific task and building requirements at that time.

Throughout the event, teams will navigate unexpected challenges while developing their solutions. A panel of judges will evaluate submissions, with the top three teams presenting their projects on the Main Stage. The ultimate winner will be awarded the $10,000 prize.

RALLY, now in its third year, brings together stakeholders from various sectors, including software, agriculture, healthcare, sports, hardtech, and entrepreneurship.
