Over the past five years, Davis Davis & Harmon has expanded its services to include international VAT tax expertise, new industry verticals, and IT services. The firm specializes in sales tax refund recovery and audit defense, helping businesses across various industries recover over $500 million annually.

The Inc. Regionals list methodology evaluates companies based on percentage revenue growth over two years, with strict qualification criteria including being privately held, U.S.-based, and independently operated. To be considered, companies must have generated at least $100,000 in revenue in 2021 and $1 million in 2023.
