Texas Radiotherapy Expands Services with New Breast Surgical Oncology Practice

Texas Radiotherapy has expanded its medical services by launching Breast Associates of Texas, a specialized breast surgical oncology practice led by Dr. Amelia Tower. The new medical group aims to provide personalized, patient-centered care for individuals dealing with breast cancer.

Dr. Tower brings extensive experience to the role, having practiced in Fort Worth for over 11 years and serving concurrently as an Assistant Dean and Associate Professor at Texas A&M College of Medicine. Her credentials include a general surgery residency at Plaza Medical Center and fellowship training in breast surgical oncology from Allegheny General Hospital.

Matthew Cavey, radiation oncologist and president of Texas Radiotherapy, emphasized the organization's commitment to patient-first care.
