Dill Dinkers Opens Indoor Pickleball Facility in Atlanta's West End, Addressing Growing Sports Demand

Dill Dinkers has launched a new indoor pickleball facility in Atlanta's West End, providing much-needed court space for the rapidly expanding sport. During its soft opening 'Community Free Week,' the center attracted over 1,000 participants, from beginners to advanced players, highlighting the significant local interest.

The facility addresses a critical infrastructure gap in Atlanta's pickleball landscape. The metro area currently hosts 1.1 million players, with participation growing at an impressive 51.8% year-over-year. Located in a renovated warehouse by Ackerman & Co., the center offers dedicated indoor courts, lessons, leagues, and social events.

Daniel Hardeman, the regional franchise developer, noted the overwhelming community support, with local businesses and neighborhood organizations enthusiastically welcoming the new venue. The White Street location is planned as the first of multiple franchises across Fulton and surrounding counties.

An official ribbon-cutting ceremony is scheduled for April 18th, though the facility is already operational for members and visitors. The center aims to provide a structured environment for skill development and community engagement in the increasingly popular sport.
