RTL Expands Williamsburg's Culinary Landscape with Three New Restaurants

Williamsburg's reputation as a hotspot for innovative dining options is set to grow with the addition of three new restaurants, thanks to strategic deals secured by RTL, a prominent retail brokerage firm. These establishments, spanning over 5,000 square feet within a five-block radius, promise to enrich the neighborhood's culinary diversity and appeal.

Among the newcomers is a yet-to-be-named concept by the creators of Nobody Told Me, a celebrated cocktail bar with locations in DUMBO and the Upper West Side. Slated to open this fall at 62 South 2nd Street, this venture is eagerly anticipated by locals and food enthusiasts alike.

Already making waves is Pally, an all-day café and wine bar at 223 Kent Avenue, which debuted in June. By day, Pally offers a selection of coffee, tea, and light meals, transitioning by evening into a cozy spot for wine, cocktails, and small plates. This seamless blend of day-to-night dining exemplifies the dynamic nature of Williamsburg's food scene.

Further diversifying the area's culinary offerings is Matsunori Sushi Club, a Lower East Side favorite known for its distinctive pink sushi rice and BYOB omakase experience. Its new location at 340 Metropolitan Avenue extends its reach to sushi aficionados in Williamsburg.

Michael Shkreli, Executive Vice President and Partner at RTL, along with Associate Eli Gold, played pivotal roles in these transactions.
