Ryan Brassel and John Rosso of RossoCRE, who had represented the property as leasing agents for the past eight years, spearheaded the sale. The decision to sell came as the property loan approached maturity, prompting a targeted marketing campaign that culminated in the successful transaction. 'This transaction reflects the continued demand for well-located, adaptable office buildings in Annapolis,' said Ryan Brassel, highlighting the property's appeal to both investors and owner-users.

The 'West Court' building, approximately 50% leased at the time of sale, presents an opportunity for large-format medical or office users with up to 15,000 square feet available for immediate occupancy.
