AIX (Artificial Intelligence Exchange), in partnership with HR.com, has announced a significant shift in its focus towards understanding and addressing the impact of artificial intelligence (AI) on employee wellbeing, readiness, and performance. This move underscores the growing recognition of AI's profound influence on the workplace, not just in terms of operational efficiency but also on the human aspects of work.

The initiative aims to bring together leaders, AI experts, and HR professionals to share insights and develop strategies that foster mentally resilient, emotionally intelligent, and adaptable workforces.
