Andretti Global, a prominent racing team under the TWG Motorsports umbrella, has announced the extension of its multi-year partnership with Stratasys, a leader in 3D printing technology. This collaboration, which began in 2018, has been pivotal in supporting Andretti INDYCAR's engineering and production efforts through the use of in-house industrial 3D printing systems and services. The partnership has utilized Stratasys's F370 and Fortus® 450mc machines, among others, to accelerate prototyping, tooling, and part production for the team.

The advanced materials and capabilities provided by Stratasys have enabled Andretti Global to develop critical components such as an RVB cooling shroud, a steering wheel setup beam, helmet cooling adapters, and a damper spring perch tool.
