Cindy Bradley, broker and owner of Signature Homes Real Estate in Knoxville, has been awarded the Tennessee REALTORS® 2025 Good Neighbor Award, recognizing her exceptional commitment to community service through her nonprofit organization, Sacred Grounds Hospice House.
Bradley founded Sacred Grounds Hospice House in 2017, inspired by her personal experience with hospice care during her husband's terminal illness. The organization has since supported over 600 families, providing compassionate end-of-life care and critical support for individuals facing life-limiting illnesses.
As the recipient of this prestigious award, Bradley will receive a $5,000 grant to further the nonprofit's mission. Tennessee REALTORS® President Will Sliger emphasized the significance of Bradley's work, noting that her efforts demonstrate how real estate professionals can meaningfully contribute to community welfare beyond their professional responsibilities.
