Troubadour Resources Advances Gold Exploration with Follow-up IP Survey in Val d'Or Region

Troubadour Resources is expanding its exploration strategy at the Senneville Gold-Silver-Copper Project by conducting a follow-up Induced Polarization (IP) survey to identify potential gold mineralization zones in the Val d'Or district of Quebec. The company plans to complete a 3,000-meter survey across five parallel lines to address gaps in previous geological assessments.

The survey aims to refine drill targets in an area known for high-grade gold deposits. Previous exploration has revealed significant gold intercepts, including values ranging from 1.4 g/t to 18.75 g/t Au, suggesting substantial mineral potential. The property's strategic location near Probe Gold's properties, which host a combined 6.7 million ounces of measured and indicated gold resources, underscores its geological significance.

Preliminary results have already identified chargeability anomalies along geological contacts that were not previously drill-tested. These zones include areas with historical metal anomalies for silver, copper, nickel, and zinc, indicating potential for multi-metal mineralization.

CEO Chris Huggins emphasized the company's approach of looking beyond historic work, stating that their strategy has uncovered compelling new exploration targets. The upcoming spring 2025 diamond drilling program will be the first opportunity to test these newly identified zones systematically.

The Senneville property covers over 12,000 hectares in the eastern Abitibi Greenstone Belt, a region renowned for its mineral wealth. By conducting this detailed geophysical survey, Troubadour Resources is positioning itself to potentially unlock new mineral discoveries in a proven gold-producing landscape.
