Cannoli Kitchen Pizza is set to dramatically expand its footprint in 2025, with plans to open 23 franchisee-owned restaurants and secure 50 new franchise agreements. The pizza brand will focus primarily on Florida, Texas, Georgia, and the Carolinas, building on its successful franchising launch in 2023.
The company's growth strategy includes strategic location openings, with new restaurants planned in Boca Raton, Miami, Jacksonville, Tampa, Orlando, Marietta, Georgia, and McKinney, Texas. Leadership has strengthened its support infrastructure by hiring Jenna Negrin as training and support manager, bringing over 20 years of operational experience to ensure smooth restaurant launches.
In 2024, Cannoli Kitchen Pizza secured seven new franchise agreements across four states, setting the stage for its ambitious 2025 expansion. The brand has also enhanced its digital presence, relaunching its website and creating individual landing pages for each restaurant location to improve online ordering and catering capabilities.
Austin Titus, the company's president, emphasized the strategic importance of these growth initiatives, noting the opportunity to introduce more consumers to the brand's authentic Italian cuisine. The expansion represents a significant milestone for the company, which originated as a single restaurant in Boca Raton in 1996 and has since become part of United Franchise Group's Big Flavor Brands division.
This calculated growth approach positions Cannoli Kitchen Pizza to capitalize on the competitive quick-service restaurant market, leveraging its reputation for premium ingredients and fresh, fast Italian dining experiences.
