Eligible applicants include current community college, university, and professional school students, as well as high school seniors and GED holders who have secured program admission.
To qualify, students must maintain a minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA and submit an essay detailing their academic challenges, community contribution plans, and leadership experiences.
