The Gyeonggi Business & Science Accelerator (GBSA) has initiated its 2025 Global Accelerating Program, selecting twelve promising startups to support their international market entry. The program, held at the Pangyo Techno Valley, aims to provide comprehensive support for startup globalization through consulting, networking, and investment linkage.

The selected companies represent diverse technological domains, including AI, robotics, and healthcare. Noteworthy participants include APLA, which specializes in AI-driven 3D motion generation, Cure-in with its automated breast biopsy robot system, and PITEN, focusing on immune regulation in skincare.

Jun-Woo Lee, Head of GBSA, emphasized the program's competitive selection process and the robust startup support ecosystem in Pangyo. The initiative reflects a strategic approach to enhancing South Korea's technological innovation and international business competitiveness.

Hojae Lee, CEO of Y&ARCHER, which oversees the program, highlighted growing international interest in Korean startups, particularly in the United States and Europe. The orientation event featured five-minute presentations from each company and a networking session designed to explore collaborative opportunities.

With Pangyo Techno Valley already hosting 1,666 companies and generating 167.7 trillion KRW in sales as of 2023, this program represents a critical strategy for continuing technological advancement and global market penetration.
