Visionstate Advances Facility Management Technology with AI and Compliance Solutions

Canadian technology company Visionstate Corp. is making significant strides in facility management technology through strategic developments in artificial intelligence and regulatory compliance. The company plans to launch two key innovations in the coming months that could reshape operational practices across various industries.

In early third quarter, Visionstate will introduce a standalone inspections application designed to streamline facility cleaning quality assessments. The application, which integrates with the company's existing WANDA platform, will enable enterprise-scale reporting and analytics, creating a new potential revenue stream.

Simultaneously, the company is collaborating with the Alberta Machine Intelligence Institute (Amii) to develop an advanced AI model that can intelligently design cleaning schedules and optimize routing. This project aims to address the complexity of facility operations by leveraging artificial intelligence to enhance efficiency. Visionstate anticipates completing the AI model in the fourth quarter of 2025.

The company is also proactively responding to Ontario's new cleaning verification legislation, O. Reg. 480/24, which mandates detailed record-keeping for washroom cleaning activities. Visionstate has updated its WANDA software to meet these requirements, positioning itself to support thousands of potential customers ahead of the January 1, 2026 implementation date.

President Shannon Moore highlighted the transformative potential of these technologies, noting that by harnessing AI, the company is converting complex operational tasks into optimized processes and setting new industry standards.
