Demeter and RefloDX claimed top honors in medical devices and diagnostics, while Sethera Therapeutics won in the therapeutics and pharmaceuticals category. The competition, which narrowed down from 37 initial applicants to 12 finalists, demonstrated the depth of innovation within Utah's healthcare technology landscape.
