With a robust background that includes leadership roles at Raymond James Investment Management, the New York Stock Exchange, and Vanguard, Sparks has demonstrated expertise in launching and managing ETF businesses. At Raymond James, he successfully established the firm's ETF platform, and during his tenure at NYSE, he facilitated the entry of over 125 asset managers into the ETF market.
