CCI France Malaysia has significantly enhanced its business infrastructure in Kuala Lumpur by relocating and expanding its Mont Kiara business center, creating an improved facility to support French companies operating in the region.
The new center features a large multipurpose function room capable of hosting conferences and training sessions for up to 40 participants. This expansion complements the Chamber's existing network, which now includes two business centers in Kuala Lumpur and satellite offices in Johor Bahru, Penang, and Kota Kinabalu.
The facility now offers 16 workstations and offices, part of a broader national network that provides 30 private offices, 22 workstations, and six meeting rooms. This infrastructure supports over 50 companies across Malaysia and demonstrates the Chamber's commitment to facilitating French-Malaysian business relations.
The center will host HRDC-certified training programs covering critical business topics such as human resources, management, artificial intelligence, sales, and sustainability. These programs aim to upskill talent within the business community and provide valuable professional development opportunities.
The inauguration ceremony, officiated by Malaysian Investment Development Authority CEO Datuk Sikh Shamsul Ibrahim Sikh Abdul Majid, underscored the strong collaborative relationship between French and Malaysian business communities. The event was also attended by French Ambassador to Malaysia Axel Cruau and CCI France Malaysia President Richard Fostier.
With nearly 600 French companies established in Malaysia, this expansion signals continued confidence in the Malaysian market and represents a strategic investment in bilateral economic cooperation. The center's comprehensive services, including company setup, visa assistance, payroll, and legal support, will further streamline business operations for French enterprises seeking to expand in the Asia-Pacific region.
