Co-owner Phil Salmon and his team, all previous Bromer employees, aim to maintain the prestigious heritage of their predecessor while exploring new collecting territories. Their inaugural catalog, "The Interaction of Paper," showcases an innovative approach by featuring paper engineering works spanning from the 18th to 21st centuries, including pop-ups, peepshows, and interactive books.
The new shop distinguishes itself by offering a physical browsing experience at a time when most rare book dealers operate exclusively online. Salmon emphasizes the importance of in-person book examination, providing collectors and enthusiasts a unique opportunity to interact directly with rare and carefully curated materials.
