Florida Boy Burger Co., a fast-casual restaurant chain rooted in Old Florida culture, announced an ambitious expansion plan targeting four new locations across the state. Co-founder Roger Lolly will lead the strategic growth initiative, bringing the brand's unique dining concept to Orlando, Jacksonville, Naples, and North Port.
The new restaurants will maintain the company's distinctive approach, featuring immersive design elements that celebrate Florida's natural heritage. Each 2,800-square-foot location will include an outdoor patio and a signature 500-gallon freshwater tank housing live baby alligators, emphasizing the brand's commitment to wildlife education and conservation.
The expansion represents a significant economic investment, with each restaurant requiring approximately $1.6 million in capital and creating 35 to 40 jobs. The company's menu will continue to highlight locally sourced ingredients, including 100 percent chuck-and-brisket patties and region-inspired toppings like Key lime aioli and citrus-maple bacon.
By Q4 2025, Florida Boy Burger plans to introduce fully Florida-raised beef through a new cooperative partnership with Panhandle cattle ranchers. The company also remains dedicated to community engagement, with its 'Burgers for the Bay' initiative supporting Everglades restoration efforts and hosting monthly waterway clean-ups.
While currently focused on Florida, management is exploring potential strategic partnerships and expansion into neighboring Southeastern markets in 2026, signaling the brand's long-term growth ambitions.
