Renowned production designer Hojin Lee is set to elevate HangZ's 2025 holiday marketing campaigns with two distinctive commercials that showcase the company's innovative hanging solutions. Lee will bring her award-winning visual storytelling expertise to both a Halloween and Christmas-themed digital advertisement series.
The campaigns, targeting major digital platforms including YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and Google Ads, aim to demonstrate HangZ's hardware as essential tools for festive decorating. The Halloween commercial, directed by Benjamin T. Popkin, follows children exploring a meticulously decorated haunted mansion, while the Christmas campaign transforms a living room into a magical holiday setting.
Lee's involvement represents a strategic move for HangZ, a company with $3.7 million in annual revenues, to differentiate its marketing approach. Her international reputation for creating immersive environments—developed through work in film, music videos, and theater—positions her to craft narratives that go beyond traditional product demonstrations.
The commercials will focus on showcasing HangZ's picture hooks and gallery hanging systems as practical yet elegant solutions for seasonal decorating. By integrating creative set design with product functionality, Lee aims to highlight how HangZ hardware can simplify and enhance home decoration experiences.
Producer Jeffrey Popkin emphasized the significance of Lee's creative vision, noting her ability to transform spaces and make practical designs feel magical. This collaboration signals HangZ's commitment to innovative marketing strategies that engage consumers through compelling visual storytelling.
