Kord Fire Protection is set to relocate its corporate headquarters to a new facility in Studio City, marking a strategic expansion of its fire safety services across Southern California. The move will consolidate operations from multiple existing locations into a modern, centralized hub designed to improve operational efficiency and client responsiveness.
The new headquarters at 3729 Cahuenga Blvd will bring together teams previously situated in separate offices, including locations on Valjean Avenue and Valerio Street. CEO Darius Kordabadi emphasized that the consolidation will enable the company to better serve clients across a wide geographic region, including San Diego, Los Angeles, Kern, Orange, Ventura, San Bernardino, and Santa Barbara counties.
The expanded facility offers enhanced infrastructure and increased space, positioning Kord Fire Protection to strengthen its service delivery for both residential and commercial clients. By centralizing operations, the company aims to improve its ability to provide comprehensive fire safety services, including fire extinguisher certification, fire door services, sprinkler maintenance, alarm systems, and emergency lighting solutions.
This strategic relocation reflects the company's commitment to industry leadership and technological innovation in fire protection services. The new headquarters is expected to become operational this summer, representing a significant milestone in Kord Fire Protection's continued growth and regional expansion strategy.
