Texas Mineral Resources Corp. has appointed Jonathan Beigle to its Board of Directors, signaling a strategic move to bolster its leadership with deep industry expertise. Beigle, a veteran of the metals and mining sector, brings over two decades of professional experience to the role, effective May 8, 2025.
Beigle's appointment comes at a critical time for the company, which is focused on developing the Round Top heavy-rare earth, technology metals, and industrial minerals project in Texas. His extensive background includes leadership roles at Ridgeline Royalties Incorporated, where he currently serves as director, president, and CEO, and previous experience with Newmont Corporation's investor relations team.
With a master's degree in mining engineering and management and a Bachelor of Science in business finance, Beigle is well-positioned to contribute strategic insights. His credentials include being a CFA charterholder and past board experience with the National Investor Relations Institute's Rocky Mountain Chapter.
The board appointment coincides with the resignation of Kevin Francis for personal reasons. Following Beigle's addition, the TMRC Board will consist of six directors, with five being independent, reflecting the company's commitment to robust corporate governance.
Chairman Anthony Marchese emphasized the significance of Beigle's expertise, noting that his deep understanding of precious and critical metals mining will be crucial as the company continues to grow and explore domestic mining opportunities.
