NATCOM, Haiti's prominent telecommunications company, has launched expanded international services to support the global Haitian community, enabling seamless mobile connectivity and financial transfers across multiple countries.
The telecommunications provider has introduced two significant service enhancements: an international mobile top-up service and an improved remittance solution through its Natcash Wallet platform. These services now allow Haitians living abroad in countries including the United States, Canada, France, Chile, Mexico, and the Dominican Republic to instantly support their families back home.
Through strategic partnerships with international providers like Ding, TransferTo, and BOSS Revolution, NATCOM enables diaspora members to quickly reload mobile balances for relatives in Haiti. Simultaneously, the enhanced Natcash platform, partnering with CAM Transfer, allows direct money transfers from the United States, with over 3,000 nationwide agents facilitating cash withdrawals, bill payments, and other financial transactions.
The service innovations represent a critical technological solution for transnational families, addressing practical communication and financial support challenges. By leveraging digital platforms, NATCOM is creating more efficient and accessible ways for Haitians globally to maintain economic connections with their homeland.
As part of its Flag Day celebrations, NATCOM prominently displayed the Haitian flag in New York's Times Square, symbolically highlighting the company's commitment to connecting and empowering the Haitian diaspora through cutting-edge telecommunications technology.
