The Hispanic Public Relations Association (HPRA) has announced its 2025 ¡BRAVO! Awards, inviting communications professionals to submit groundbreaking campaigns that demonstrate cultural relevance and strategic impact. With the theme "Rooted in Purpose," the awards aim to recognize exceptional work that amplifies Latino identity and influence across multiple industries.
The awards program features 16 distinct categories ranging from Agency of the Year to specialized sectors like Technology, Healthcare, and Social Equity. Entries will be evaluated by an independent panel of senior communications professionals, ensuring rigorous and objective assessment of submissions.
HPRA National President Sonia V. Diaz emphasized the awards' significance, noting they represent more than just recognition—they showcase the depth and breadth of Latino contributions to communications. Campaigns must have been implemented between January 1, 2024, and March 31, 2025, to be eligible.
Participants can submit entries across three deadlines: an early bird deadline of June 6, 2025, a standard deadline of July 11, 2025, and a late deadline of August 8, 2025. Finalists will be announced on September 16, 2025, with the awards gala scheduled for November 13, 2025, in Chicago, Illinois.
This year's awards underscore the growing importance of multicultural communications in an increasingly diverse media landscape, providing a platform for innovative campaigns that authentically engage Latino audiences across various sectors.
