Clemente arrives with an impressive background spanning several prominent banks, including Flagstar Bank, IDB Bank, Flushing Bank, Capital One Bank, and HSBC Bank USA. His most recent role at Flagstar Bank involved driving revenue growth through comprehensive sales strategies for high-profile clients and organizations.
With a proven track record in developing market segments, Clemente previously established and developed the Long Island middle market segment at IDB Bank. His career trajectory demonstrates expertise in sales, client satisfaction, employee engagement, compliance, and brand awareness.
Academically, Clemente brings strong credentials, holding a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from St. John's University and an MBA in Finance from Fordham University. He was also selected as a member of Beta Gamma Sigma, a national business honor society.
