Mitesco, Inc. has announced significant progress on its Robo-Agent A.I. project, a software development initiative aimed at automating the sales lifecycle in the residential real estate market. The project, which is currently in beta testing with major real estate agencies, seeks to address the challenges of shrinking agent compensation and stagnant market activity by boosting productivity through automation.
The Robo-Agent is designed as a turnkey solution, featuring time and task management, prospecting and qualification tools, and individualized business planning for agents. It employs a conversational A.I. approach to ensure ease of use for both agents and their prospects. By integrating with the Follow-up-Boss CRM platform, which boasts over 200,000 users, Mitesco aims to facilitate rapid adoption within the real estate industry.
With over 3 million active real estate licenses in the U.S., the potential impact of Robo-Agent is substantial. The beta testing group includes agents from leading firms such as eXp Realty, Sotheby’s, and Coldwell Banker, ensuring the platform's effectiveness across a wide range of technical skill levels and market segments. Upon launch, Robo-Agent will be hosted in the Centcore Data Center, a Mitesco division known for its secure and scalable cloud infrastructure.
This development is crucial as it represents a significant step forward in the application of A.I. technology to enhance efficiency and productivity in the real estate sector, potentially setting a new standard for sales automation in the industry.
