Telvantis Inc., a Florida-based telecommunications and enterprise solutions provider, has signed a binding Letter of Intent to acquire AmeriCrew Inc., a move that signifies Telvantis's strategic entry into the multi-billion-dollar high-growth markets of fiber, 5G wireless connectivity, and edge data centers. This acquisition is poised to be a cornerstone in Telvantis's vision to become a dominant, integrated provider of local communication infrastructure and networks, catering to emerging applications like AI, crypto mining, and localized data platforms.
The deal underscores the potential of the edge computation market, which is projected to grow at an annual rate of over 30% and reach $43 billion by 2030. AmeriCrew's unique veteran employment and apprenticeship model, along with its scalable workforce, complements Telvantis's ambitions to expand its US footprint rapidly. The acquired entities, expected to generate over $12 million in revenues this year with substantial profit margins, will retain their experienced management team and operate largely independently under the Telvantis umbrella.
Daniel Contreras, CEO of Telvantis Inc., highlighted the acquisition as a milestone, emphasizing the alignment of values and the strong commercial pipeline with AmeriCrew. Kelley Dunne, CEO of AmeriCrew Inc., pointed to the growing demand for private fiber and 5G Fixed Wireless access networks, supported by edge data compute capabilities, as a significant growth area for the combined entity.
This acquisition not only strengthens Telvantis's position in the telecommunications landscape but also enhances its appeal for uplisting and increases shareholder value. With the transaction expected to close in the coming weeks, Telvantis is set to provide further updates to its shareholders and investors, marking a new chapter in its growth trajectory.
