BluSky AI Inc. (OTC: BSAI) has announced the securing of its first site in central Utah, equipped with 9.3 MW of grid-connected power capacity for its flagship modular data center. The company specializes in delivering scalable, energy-efficient modular data-center infrastructure known as SkyMod, designed specifically to address the extraordinary surge in compute power demands driven by artificial intelligence.
According to the announcement, BluSky AI has finalized an agreement securing 9.3 MW of power through a long-term partnership with Digital Asset Management LLC, as well as a ground lease for 51.6 acres from Wild Mustang Ventures LLC. These agreements provide the infrastructure command that enables BluSky AI to launch and scale its central Utah facility with long-term operational control and stability. CEO Trent D'Ambrosio noted that artificial intelligence is fueling this compute power demand, making such infrastructure developments critical for industry growth.
The company recently announced the appointment of Dan Gay, an industry veteran with over 30 years of experience, further strengthening its leadership team. This strategic move, combined with the secured infrastructure, positions BluSky AI to effectively serve the growing needs of AI-driven computing requirements. The modular approach of SkyMod infrastructure allows for flexible scaling and energy efficiency, addressing both current and future computational demands in the rapidly expanding AI sector.
