His career progressed through leadership roles at establishments including Buffalo's Café, McDonald's, Atlanta Bread, and Uncle Vito's before he built a diverse restaurant portfolio that includes Mirala Fine Dining, Pete's Sports Bar & Grill, Vince Et' Chrision Italian, and Firkin & Gryphon. His entrepreneurial spirit extends beyond hospitality, having driven significant growth at Canterbury Engineering and founded Joe Tools, which he scaled to $30 million in annual sales before selling it in 2023 for $16 million.

At the heart of Three Buddies' operational success is Tia Jakes, who brings more than 26 years of diverse experience in restaurant, hospitality, and event planning industries. Jakes plays an instrumental role in ensuring consistent growth and efficiency, having been involved in opening restaurants and designing operational processes. She also leads business planning for Your Fifth Quarter, LLC, a premier Atlanta-based restaurant management company that owns, operates, and oversees various innovative dining concepts.
