Community Foundation of Howard County Honors Retiring CEO Beverly White-Seals After 13 Years of Transformative Leadership

The Community Foundation of Howard County will host an event honoring Beverly White-Seals, who is retiring this year after serving 13 years as president and CEO. The celebration, scheduled for Thursday, September 25 from 5 to 7 p.m. at the Horowitz Center at Howard Community College, recognizes White-Seals' significant contributions to the organization and the broader community.

During her tenure, White-Seals oversaw record-breaking fundraising efforts and expanded the foundation's community impact. Under her leadership, the Community Foundation distributed more than $28 million in grants to nonprofit organizations and established initiatives addressing key issues facing Howard County. Barbara Rishel, chair of the Community Foundation, expressed deep gratitude for White-Seals' visionary leadership and unwavering dedication to the community.
