Wilmington Achieves Milestone with Systems & Software's enQ CIS Platform

The City of Wilmington has marked a significant achievement by fully implementing Systems & Software's enQ CIS platform, a move that has not only realized measurable return on investment but also facilitated the city's first-ever on-time property tax distribution. This transition from the aging MUNIS platform to enQ CIS was driven by the platform's capability to integrate utility billing, property tax, licenses, and inspection fees into a single, modern, and user-friendly system.

J. Brett Taylor, Director of Finance for the City of Wilmington, expressed high satisfaction with the platform's performance, highlighting its intuitive design and the ease with which customers and agents can access property information and billing details. The system's automation features promise fewer steps, enhanced data accuracy, and greater transparency, all of which contribute to a superior customer experience.
