813 Elite Track & Field has concluded its inaugural season with extraordinary achievements, securing 79 national titles and facilitating 20 collegiate scholarships for its athletes. The Tampa-based youth sports program, founded on a mission to prioritize athletes and families, has quickly established itself as a premier development organization that cultivates champions both on and off the track.
The program's philosophy centers on developing the "total athlete," ensuring that athletic growth is matched by progress in character, academics, and life skills. This comprehensive approach has produced remarkable competitive results including 4 AAU National Champion titles, 1 New Balance National Champion title, and 64 AAU All-American designations. Additional honors include 2 USATF All-American titles, 2 Nike All-American titles, and 1 Adidas Nationals All-American title.
Beyond individual accomplishments, the program earned significant team recognition as the 2025 AAU Zone B Club of the Year, selected from more than 1,000 teams nationwide, and achieved National Runner-Up status at the 2025 AAU Club Championships among over 250 competing teams. Steven "Coach G" Gamble, co-founder and head coach, emphasized that these milestones represent more than athletic achievement, stating they reflect "the heart, grit, and unity of our athletes and families" while fulfilling the program's mission to "open doors, instill confidence, and prepare young people for success in every arena of life."
The program's impact extends beyond competition results, focusing on building resilience, discipline, and lifelong wellness in young athletes. Coaches and parents collaborate to create a support system where every training session and competition contributes to long-term personal development. LaKeisha "Coach K" Gamble, co-founder and head coach, explained that "track and field is the training ground, but the real goal is shaping confident, capable human beings" through their family-oriented approach encapsulated in the motto "One Team, One Fight."
As 813 Elite prepares for its second season, the program maintains its commitment to elevating student-athletes, strengthening families, and inspiring future generations. The foundation established in its first year positions the organization to continue making national impact while remaining true to its family-first principles.
