Critical Infrastructure Technologies and Babcock International Partner to Develop Rapidly Deployable Defense Platform for Ukraine

Critical Infrastructure Technologies Ltd. (CSE: CTTT) (FRA: X9V) has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding with Babcock International Group to co-develop and build a rapidly deployable platform for the Ukrainian Armed Forces. The agreement, signed at the Defence and Security Equipment International expo in London, focuses on supplying 50 of CiTech's Nexus 20 platforms in response to a request from the Ukrainian Ministry of Defence.

The solution will be delivered in a 20-foot containerized format that is transportable by truck. Once deployed, the system will provide 5G communications, counter-Unmanned Aerial Systems (UAS), and Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (ISR) capability. It features the ability to self-unload and adapt to sloping or uneven terrain while deploying a 20-meter cyclone-rated tower to support mission-critical operations. Additional plans under the MOU include exploring the development of a Nexus 20 assembly hub in Eastern Europe and further opportunities across NATO's Eastern Flank.
