Among the numerous cultural presentations, two literary forums centered on the theme "Wisdom and Transcendence in the AI Era" distinguished themselves, with award-winning writer Xuemo and his literary creations becoming one of the standout features of this year's international gathering.
The forum assembled writers, scholars, publishers, and filmmakers from more than ten countries to explore how literature can connect global communities and how Xuemo's works inspire humanity toward greater awareness and compassion. During the event, two of Xuemo's newest publications—the English edition of Eternal Love and The Way Out: The Rise of Her Wisdom in the AI Era—received their official international release, attracting substantial interest from the worldwide publishing industry.
Claudia Kaiser, Vice President for Asia at the Frankfurt Book Fair, observed that Xuemo's literary works expose the conflicts within human nature, spiritual elevation, and the intersection of individual life paths. She noted they provide universal relevance that crosses cultural divides and resonates with shared human emotions and contemplation. Nora Frisch, founder of Drachenhaus Verlag, emphasized that in a period when technology is fundamentally transforming global society, Xuemo's literary significance extends beyond mere storytelling, functioning as what she described as "a spiritual beacon that safeguards humanity and guides technology toward benevolence."
Professor Shouhui Zhao from the University of Bergen in Norway identified creative parallels between Xuemo's approach and that of Jon Fosse, the 2023 Nobel Laureate in Literature. Both writers embody what Zhao characterized as a "silent aesthetics" grounded in tranquility, perseverance, and transcendence—manifesting the deep spiritual qualities present in contemporary literary works. In his presentation, Xuemo articulated that authors must serve as "those who light the lamps" in an ever-changing world. He emphasized that literature's purpose extends beyond chronicling human experience to assisting people in reconstructing their internal perspectives—substituting control with compassion and surpassing calculation with wisdom.
