The new Chief Operating Officer's educational credentials include a Master of Business Administration in Finance from the Anderson School at University of California, Los Angeles and a bachelor's degree in political science from the same institution. His industry recognition includes induction into the California Homebuilding Foundation Hall of Fame in 2021, reflecting his substantial contributions to the homebuilding sector. Kalmbach has also served in leadership capacities with several industry organizations, including the California Building Industry Association, BIA Bay Area, and HomeAid of Northern California, while also acting as a multi-year advisor for Rebuilding Together Oakland.
