Boys & Girls Clubs of Miami-Dade Raises Over $700,000 at 17th Annual Gala to Support Youth Programs

The Boys & Girls Clubs of Miami-Dade successfully hosted its 17th Annual 'Wild About Kids' Gala with a 'GALAxia Night' theme at the Loews Coral Gables Hotel on October 18, generating more than $700,000 to support youth development programs throughout Miami-Dade County. This substantial fundraising achievement demonstrates the community's strong commitment to empowering young people through comprehensive educational and recreational opportunities.

The cosmic-themed black-tie event attracted more than 300 of South Florida's most dedicated philanthropists, business leaders, and community supporters who gathered to support the organization's mission of helping children reach their full potential. The funds raised will directly support the Clubs' diverse programming, including one-on-one mentoring, STEM education, tutoring, sports, and arts programs that collectively work to develop productive, caring, and responsible citizens.

WSVN's Belkys Nerey and Lynn Martinez returned as emcees for the evening, bringing their signature energy and humor to the interstellar celebration.
