Kempinski Hotels, Europe's oldest luxury hotel group, together with international developer JTRE, celebrated the groundbreaking of Kempinski Grace Bay, an exclusive hotel and residential project featuring private apartments and beachfront villas along Grace Bay Beach in Turks and Caicos. The late-afternoon ceremony included attendance from The Honourable Charles Washington Misick, Premier of the Turks and Caicos Islands, and Her Excellency Anya Williams, Deputy Governor, alongside other senior government officials and project partners from around the world.

The development represents a significant milestone for the Turks and Caicos Islands as global interest in the destination continues to grow. Premier Misick stated that this development represents an important step in the evolution of Turks and Caicos as a world-class destination, offering investors and visitors the opportunity to experience the islands' cultural heritage and natural beauty through the lens of luxury and impeccable service. Sitting across 11 acres of secluded shoreline, the project brings Kempinski's 128-year legacy of European hospitality to the islands for the first time.
