Concorde Career Colleges Announces First Georgia Campus at Atlanta's Lee + White Development

Concorde Career Colleges, the healthcare education division of Universal Technical Institute, Inc., has selected Atlanta's Lee + White development as the location for its first Georgia campus. The institution signed a 47,358-square-foot lease at the development's 929 Building, with plans to open in 2027. This expansion represents a significant investment in healthcare education within the Atlanta metropolitan area.

The Atlanta campus will specialize in dental, nursing, diagnostic, patient care and allied health training programs, serving up to 700 students at full capacity. Kevin Prehn, President of Concorde Career Colleges, cited Atlanta's vibrant economy, world-class healthcare infrastructure, and ongoing demand for skilled healthcare professionals as key factors in selecting the location. The institution plans to forge partnerships with area hospital systems, clinics, dental practices and community health organizations.

Concorde's suites will occupy refurbished former warehouse space in the 929 Building, which will be customized to provide a state-of-the-art learning environment. The location offers walkable access to Lee + White's extensive amenities, including restaurants, retailers, and a food hall, along with direct access to the Atlanta BeltLine via four entrances. The development is conveniently located near major transportation infrastructure, being just half a mile from the West End MARTA rail station and 1.5 miles from an I-20 interchange.

Evan Ziegler, President of Ackerman Southeast, expressed pride in welcoming Concorde to Lee + White, noting that alongside the Ogle School cosmetology program that opened in the same building over the past year, Concorde will bring new educational opportunities to the West End community and residents across metro Atlanta. The Lee + White development, a 442,562-square-foot adaptive reuse project transforming former "Warehouse Row," has diversified its offerings beyond the initial breweries and entertainment venues. The growing roster now includes high-tech companies like Carbice and JTEC, which have established global headquarters and production operations at the development, along with Grady Health's outpatient center and Keller Williams' planned regional office opening in 2026.
