Emerald Cruises & Tours has completed successful sea trials for its new super yacht Emerald Kaia in Halong Bay, Vietnam, bringing the vessel closer to its scheduled April 2026 service entry. The trials confirmed the yacht's performance, maneuverability, and seaworthiness ahead of its inaugural 11-day sailing from Limassol, Cyprus, on April 4, 2026.
The completion of sea trials represents a significant operational milestone for Scenic Group, Emerald's parent company. Emerald Kaia is designed as a boutique super yacht accommodating only 128 guests, featuring expansive lounges, terraces, and decks with Missoni decor.
