ADM Endeavors, Inc. (OTCQB: ADMQ), a vertically integrated provider of custom apparel, uniforms, and promotional products, announced that its subsidiary Just Right Products, Inc. has received orders from 8 city fire departments for uniforms and department apparel. The orders follow the company's first appearance as an exhibiting vendor at the 2026 Tarrant County Fire and Arson Investigators Association Conference, held at the Bob Bolen Public Safety Complex in Fort Worth, Texas.
This development opens a new growth vertical for the company, which already serves a roster of government and educational clients, including 17 Texas cities, 12 school districts, 5 colleges, and 3 counties. The fire department orders represent an expansion into the public-safety market, which the company believes offers significant recurring revenue opportunities.
Fire departments are among the most uniform-intensive organizations in local government. Every firefighter and support staff member requires department-issued apparel that is worn daily and replaced on a recurring cycle, creating steady demand that is less dependent on consumer spending trends. This purchasing is funded through municipal and county budgets, which are historically stable. Additionally, fire departments operate within close regional networks, allowing for referrals and rapid reputation spread.
Marc Johnson, CEO of ADM Endeavors, expressed enthusiasm about the initial results. "8 departments placing orders after a single day on the floor confirms that what we have built will continue to attract new customers in the future," he said. "Their decision to work with Just Right Products reflects the capabilities we have built and the service our team provides."
The company presented its public-safety lineup at the conference, including station wear, custom-embroidered and screen-printed uniforms, department-branded outerwear, and promotional products for community outreach and fire-prevention programs. The attendees included fire investigators, fire marshals, and department leadership from across the region.
ADM Endeavors has been building momentum since consolidating operations into its new 100,000-square-foot headquarters in Fort Worth. In July, the company reported its government and education roster had grown, and it added a uniform program for a Lockheed Martin division in Arizona. In August, the company reported a return to profitability in the second quarter of 2026, with revenue increasing 11.4% to $1,307,924 and net income of $62,061, compared to a net loss in the prior-year period.
The fire department orders add a fourth pillar to the company's institutional platform. Texas alone has more than 1,500 registered fire departments, according to the U.S. Fire Administration's National Fire Department Registry. Each relationship is competitively earned, budget-funded, and recurring by nature. The company intends to pursue additional departments across North Texas and beyond using its relationship-driven, referral-based approach.
"Fire departments have high expectations for quality, turnaround, and service," Johnson added. "For departments that value a local supplier they can work with directly, being based here in the community matters. Eight departments is a strong start, and we plan to keep building from here."
ADM Endeavors operates multiple divisions, including FW Promo and Academic Outfitters, serving corporate, municipal, school, government, public-safety, and organizational customers throughout the United States from its Fort Worth facility.
