American Fusion Reaches 100 Pending Patent Applications with New Texatron Filings

American Fusion Inc. (OTC: AMFN), the developer of the proprietary Texatron(TM) Fusion Engine(TM), has announced that it has reached 100 pending patent applications after filing 17 additional U.S. applications covering key aspects of its fusion technology platform. The new filings expand the company’s intellectual property strategy around the Texatron(TM) platform, including aluminum fusion-confinement structures, clam-shell and unitary housings, hollow toroidal interior chambers, rifled interior geometries, electromagnetic field structures, fuel-injection systems, coil configurations, and related system architectures.

According to the company, its strategy is designed to protect multiple embodiments, configurations, manufacturing approaches, operating architectures, and potential future generations of the platform as it works toward commercialization. This milestone underscores American Fusion's commitment to building a robust IP portfolio to support its advanced energy technology.

In addition to the patent filings, American Fusion has filed a motion with the Superior Court of Alaska seeking to vacate a legacy default judgment entered when the company operated as Renewal Fuels Inc. The motion follows Washington state proceedings in which the court determined that a purported legacy acquisition involving Pacific Compliance Corporation was never consummated, Renewal received no assets or consideration, and shares issued in connection with the transaction were void ab initio. The Alaska motion remains subject to court consideration and determination.

American Fusion also announced its intention to conduct a third-quarter shareholder survey regarding certain key company objectives. This move reflects the company's focus on transparent corporate governance and engaging with its investor base as it advances its fusion technology.

The Texatron(TM) Fusion Engine(TM) is a neutronic fusion platform designed for modular, infrastructure-grade deployment across industrial, commercial, and grid-constrained applications. The company’s development strategy emphasizes system-level engineering, disciplined intellectual property protection, and scalable architectures intended to support long-term commercial operation.

This news is significant for the energy industry as it highlights the progress being made in fusion technology, which has the potential to provide a clean and virtually limitless source of energy. The expansion of American Fusion's patent portfolio could strengthen its position in the emerging fusion energy market and attract further investment.
