Arcana Mace, the AI-driven global media buying and brokerage platform owned by Stankevicius Group, has launched BAIUM.net, a new ad buying extension that allows advertisers to run image and video campaigns across a connected network of native media sites. The launch completes an 18-month effort by Stankevicius Group to rebuild its media operations after selling its original media portfolio in 2025, according to a press release issued via NEWMEDIAWIRE.
The rebuild followed the sale of Stankevicius MGM, the group's former marketing arm, which had built news and content platforms across business, technology, politics, global economics, and entertainment. A Middle East-based private equity firm acquired the network, comprising 11 operational sites and one premium domain, with the deal closing in mid-July 2025 after negotiations that began in May. Terms were not disclosed. Rather than remain a publisher, Stankevicius Group started over as an automated, AI-based media buying platform.
Development of Arcana Mace began in Q4 2025, and Stankevicius Pacific Limited, the group's PR and marketing firm, completed the platform in Q1 and Q2 2026. It went live at Arcana Mace in late May 2026. The platform is a brokerage marketplace structured more like Fiverr or Freelancer than a conventional media house: buyers order from agencies registered on the platform, sellers deliver, and payment is released when the buyer accepts. Arcana Mace does not broker PR services itself, distinguishing it from the earlier Stankevicius MGM model.
Media on Demand arrived in Q3 2026 as a self-publishing layer connected by API to third-party media sites, enabling users to publish directly to connected outlets without prior editorial review, subject to each outlet's own terms, privacy, and security requirements. BAIUM.net, which went live in early Q4 2026, adds paid distribution to that network. Advertisers can place image and video campaigns on two models: pay per click, starting from a minimum budget spend of $1, or a fixed daily fee, starting from a minimum spend of $15 per day per channel.
"Bringing BAIUM.net together with Media on Demand and Arcana Mace's core marketplace gives advertisers an end-to-end path from brokered placements to direct self-publishing to paid amplification, all in one platform," said Stankevicius Group CEO Paulius Stankevicius.
The consolidation matters for advertisers and agencies seeking simpler access to international media channels. By combining brokered placements, self-publishing, and paid amplification in one AI-enabled ecosystem, Arcana Mace aims to reduce friction and expand options across top-tier, mid-tier, and lower-tier outlets. For the broader media market, the rebuild signals continued convergence of brokerage and ad tech, and it marks Stankevicius Group's re-entry into the global media market under a marketplace model.
