The brunch program takes direct advantage of its oceanfront position, offering unobstructed views of the Atlantic and a menu with a coastal sensibility. One of the standout elements of Azure's menu is its 48-hour cold-fermented pizza, available during lunch. The dough undergoes a two-day cold fermentation process, developing a more complex flavor profile and lighter texture. This method required months of testing before the restaurant was satisfied with the result, according to Lawson. The dinner menu shifts focus toward fresh seafood and prime steak, timed around sunset. Dishes incorporate locally sourced and regionally available seafood, leveraging the oceanfront location.
Azure operates a full-service bar throughout all three meal periods, with cocktails suited to each part of the day. This setup allows the restaurant to function as both a standalone dining destination and an extension of the hotel experience for Patricia Grand guests. The restaurant does not require hotel stay for entry, so walk-in guests from the beach and surrounding area can access the full menu and bar during operating hours.
