At IBC2026, BZBGEAR will present a complete camera-to-fiber broadcast chain, integrating four key components into a single working system. The demonstration, set for Hall 11, Stand 11.A26 at the RAI Amsterdam from September 11–14, 2026, aims to show broadcasters how to acquire, produce, encode, and transport high-quality video without the compatibility gaps that often plague multi-vendor setups. By wiring together award-winning PTZ cameras, an all-in-one production switcher, a broadcast encoder-decoder-recorder, and single-mode fiber transport, BZBGEAR addresses the industry's need for streamlined, reliable workflows.

The acquisition layer features the ADAMO PTZ camera line, available in NDI|HX 3 (BG-ADAMO-4KND) and Dante AV-H (BG-ADAMO-4KDA) versions. These cameras output up to 4K@60Hz over HDMI 2.0 and 12G-SDI, with 12X or 25X optical zoom. AI-powered auto-tracking in Presenter and Zone modes enables hands-free operation, while integrated red/green LED tally lights and an onboard microSD writer (up to 1TB of 4K video) provide iso recording without extra equipment. Data, power, and control travel over a single category cable. For HD coverage, the BG-ADAMO-JRND and BG-ADAMO-JRDA models offer the same control workflow at 1080p@60Hz with 12X, 20X, or 30X zoom, allowing a 4K hero angle alongside HD room coverage under one control surface.

Production is handled by the BG-Commander-UltraX, a portable 4K switcher and PTZ joystick controller with onboard recording. It accepts four HDMI inputs up to 4K@30Hz, provides separate program and monitor outputs, and includes a 7-inch touchscreen, 4D joystick, step-less knob, and sliding T-bar. Built-in chroma key, picture-in-picture, logo overlay, and transitions manage production in the box. A USB-C webcam output feeds streaming platforms as a virtual camera, and recording goes directly to USB or SD card without a PC. Camera control uses ONVIF 2.8 and VISCA over IP.

For encoding, the BG-STREAM-DE is a one-channel SDI/HDMI encoder, decoder, and recorder that supports H.265/H.264 at up to 1080p@60Hz, with output to 3840x2160p@60Hz. It offers SDI and HDMI loop-through, transport via SRT, RTMP, HLS, RTSP, and TS over UDP, plus optional NDI and Dante AV-H. Audio embed/de-embed and USB 3.0 recording to MP4, TS, or MOV provide a safety copy.

Transport is managed by the BG-IPGEAR-XTREME-F, a point-to-point transmitter/receiver pair that carries 8K@60Hz 4:4:4 with DSC 1.2a, uncompressed 4K@60Hz 4:4:4, and visually lossless 4K@144Hz 4:4:4 over single-mode fiber up to 10 kilometers (6.25 miles) at zero-frame latency. With 48Gbps bandwidth (FRL 6) and HDCP 2.3, it also supports full-duplex RS-232, bi-directional IR, CEC pass-through, 1G Ethernet, and USB 3.1 Gen1/Gen2 KVM over the same fiber, eliminating ground loops and EMI.

Eugene Bocharov, CEO of BZBGEAR, explained the rationale: "Every broadcaster we talk to is solving the same problem from four different directions at once — how to acquire it, how to cut it, how to get it on the network, and how to move it across a campus or a city. Showing one box at a time doesn't answer that. So this year we're bringing the whole chain to Hall 11 and running it end to end, and our engineers will be standing next to it for four days."

The implications for the broadcast industry are significant. By offering a pre-integrated chain, BZBGEAR reduces the risk of interoperability issues and simplifies deployment for facilities looking to upgrade to IP and fiber-based workflows. The ability to transport uncompressed 4K and 8K signals over 10 kilometers at zero latency could benefit stadiums, remote production trucks, and multi-building campuses. Moreover, the single-cable camera installations and portable production unit lower infrastructure costs and setup time. As broadcasters continue to adopt NDI, Dante, and SMPTE ST 2110, having a proven, end-to-end solution from one vendor may accelerate the transition to more flexible, scalable operations.
