candidate.fyi today launched its full agentic hiring platform, the largest release in the company's history. The platform provides talent teams with a suite of AI agents that coordinate interviews, answer candidate questions around the clock, and convert every interview into structured intelligence. All agents operate on a shared knowledge layer, meaning information learned by one agent is immediately available to all others. The release also introduces the new fyi operator and a Candidate Trust Profile designed to confirm that applicants are real people. The platform builds on candidate.fyi's experience powering hiring for teams at companies such as CoreWeave, Yahoo, and Zendesk.
"Your team just got bigger," said Kyle Connors, CEO and co-founder of candidate.fyi. "Most AI shows up as another tool, another setup, another silo, another thing that doesn't know what the last one did. We re-imagined the work AI does for you, how you work with it, and how you trust who's on the other side. These agents work like a team because they are one. Welcome to agentic hiring."
The agent lineup is available today, with two additional agents scheduled for early next year. The Interview Companion Agent transforms every interview into structured intelligence that follows the candidate through the hiring process, ensuring key insights are not lost. The Recruiting Coordination Agent manages scheduling, rescheduling, confirmation, and follow-up, and teams can teach it their specific workflows, such as handling last-minute cancellations by hiring managers. The Candidate Experience Agent gives candidates their own agent to answer questions at any hour in the company's voice, using its knowledge of the company and process. The Interviewer Agent (coming Q1 2027) will conduct screenings on the employer's terms, with teams setting topics, timing, and style. The Application Review Agent (coming Q1 2027) will review every application like an analyst rather than a keyword filter, checking against what matters and flagging gaps.
The new fyi operator changes how teams interact with the platform. Instead of navigating screens and buttons, users can simply ask for what they need, such as "Move this interview to next week and keep the panel" or "Why hasn't this candidate been scheduled?" The operator runs on the same shared brain as the agents and is context-aware; on a candidate page, it already knows which candidate and role are in play. Teams can also tag @fyi in a Slack hiring channel and it handles the request from there.
With AI making it easier to impersonate others through polished applications and deepfaked screening calls, candidate.fyi now includes a candidate trust layer across the entire platform. The Candidate Trust Profile pulls signals from applications, interviews, and candidate profiles and resolves them into a clear answer on whether a team is dealing with a real person. It appears right where hiring decisions are made.
For talent teams, the launch means less administrative work and more capacity to focus on hiring quality. The shared knowledge layer reduces silos between tools, while the candidate trust layer addresses a growing risk of fraud in remote hiring. By automating coordination, communication, and review, candidate.fyi aims to give time back to recruiters and create a better experience for every candidate. The platform works on top of existing applicant tracking systems and recruiting systems, so teams can adopt it without replacing their current infrastructure.
